I have the same problem with a brand new Miele kondens dryer. Mieles tecknichan can't find any problem and claimes the laundry is dry. Still I have to let hang out to air dray before I dare to fold and store the laundry. I paid well over € 1.500 for this crap mashine and I am about to drive it to the dump. Do not spend ypur money on this Miele garbidge. It's a shame for the brand name Miele
